Your new company
Your new company (based in the SE suburbs between Frankston & Dandenong) provides comprehensive Civil Engineering services. They have a range of civil engineering and construction capabilities across diverse industry sectors, they have a proven track record of establishing and building long term client relationships.
They are industry leaders in road construction and reconstruction, car park construction major drainage and pipeline construction, water infrastructure, concrete works, bulk earthworks, and survey.
Your new role
With a range of civil engineering and construction capabilities across diverse industry sectors, they approach projects with a can do attitude and focus on quality to ensure that a total solution is provided to exceed their clients' needs.
With this in mind you need to be equipped with this can do attitude, a real keen interest in all sectors of the construction industry, with a willingness to openly approach any problem.
Your new role will have you cover a diverse range of projects, from water authority assets, commercial builds, all the way to bulk earthworks and Civil infrastructure projects.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Operational experience in water and construction
- Established relationships with water authorities
- Excellent client relationship management
- Excellent rapport with subcontractors
- Contract management experience
- Excellent people management skills
