About the Role
The Product Training and Introduction Lead will be the key interface and point of contact between Bombardier Transportation and their clients Operational Readiness Team. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the successful candidate will ensure that training materials meet the requirements of standard engineering practices and in accordance with the agreed project scope.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the development of training materials by Bombardier personnel based overseas.

Organise meetings in Perth for remotely based personnel who are involved in the production of training materials.

Lead training schedules, simulators and support equipment/facilities whilst managing training records and certification of trained personnel.

Record RAM data from site to support RAM reports.

Ensure compliance and timely delivery of training materials produced.
Key Competencies
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications or related fields (mechanical or electrical aptitude)
- System Engineering experience ideally within rail signalling or similar field
- Experience of engagement and presentation to staff at all levels
- Computer Literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
