As the Electrical Engineer you will have the drive to improve plant reliability plans directly related to plant efficiencies, speed and downtime. You will be able to manage several tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. With your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, you will develop sustainable operating standards, procedures and improve the fault finding abilities of process operators and maintenance team members. You will be the champion of precison maintenance and developing long term solutions of root causes.

As an individual you will be a degree qualified electrical with over five years’ experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment in Australia. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, also being results focused and a determined engineer who strives to succeed and is able to adapt to changing environments. Your working knowledge of PLC systems and SCADA will enable you to drive plant performance and monitor inefficiencies accurately. It is imperative you are able to demonstrate strong fault finding capability, supported by the ability to identify solutions and improve overall plant reliability.
