Due to growth within the division a position exists for an experienced Division Manager within the Environmental and Spacial section.  In this position you will be responsible for managing client and internal relationships, provide strong leadership to your team and ensure the deliver the planning, assessment and analysis of environmental projects for key clients.

This is a Brisbane based position and reports into the Director of Operations for the Group.  You will be required to:

• Deliver solutions to meet client expectations
• Drive the successfully delivery of projects on time and to budget
• Coach and mentor team members
• Drive the performance of the section over all
• Maximise opportunities for the group across water, transport, built and environmental groups

The successful applicant will have prior experience working with government or major infrastructure projects and possess the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Previous operational management experience and commercial deliverables
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Understand and manage risk, safety and compliance
