As an Engineer (Urban/Land Development), you will be responsible for working with clients, contractors, authorities’ co-consultants and internal teams to deliver urban development and civil infrastructure projects. You will also be instrumental for monitoring and controlling all aspects of the projects (including project costing and feasibility studies) and managing design outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have demonstrated experience in the design of urban development projects including large scale residential subdivisions
- Have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, or other relevant qualification
- Have demonstrated local civil engineering & project management experience
- Possess strong communication skills, particularly in the preparation of contracts and other project related documentation
- Experience interacting directly with clients, construction contractors and service authority representatives
