The Client
Our client operates across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia as a fully integrated rail, building and infrastructure group. With a 400+ workforce, they are committed to investing in their most valuable asset; their people. They are seeking a Graduate Engineer to come on board as soon as possible, with a Civil/Structural discipline to join their Project Delivery team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assess infrastructure applications to ensure they meet certification requirements
- Review technical drawings for compliance to detailed design
- Determine feasibility of applications and identification of scope of works/projects
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate documentation for Government administration
You - The Successful Candidate
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar discipline
- Experience working on >$5M projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Contract management experience and knowledge regarding regulation and legislation
- Knowledge of project management structure, plans, standards and implications for project accountabilities
