The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Sales Director - Fluid Technology & Asset Protection - ANZ, the Site Leader - Mackay position is focal point to connect sales with project and service delivery. The key to this role is to co-ordinate and manage the various projects and service requirements for customer delivery by using the company integrate systems. The role is varied and involves the following:
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the Mackay Service Facility including scheduling and planning of maintenance & service work
- Creating Bill of Materials for projects and coordinating purchasing and delivery to ensure project build and delivery
- Work closely with sales engineers to ensure sales & service offering are delivered.
- Integration and Implementation of Pall EHS policies and development of quality systems in Mackay for delivery of operational requirements
- Supervision of two direct reports
About You:
We are looking for someone who is proficient in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP etc. A strong communicator, both verbal and written, who is results driven with first rate organizational and time management abilities. Ability to lead a team and develop staff. An understanding of filtration, purification and separation products and services and knowledge of filtration applications for industrial markets would be beneficial.
