Rob Carr Pty Ltd possesses specialist capabilities in conventional and trenchless pipeline construction, micro-tunnelling, deep shaft and service installations. Operating nationally as head contractor our client list includes local councils and State utilities and water authorities. As a specialist subcontractor on major civil infrastructure projects RCPL has delivered successful projects for a variety of tier one and two construction companies and alliances.
About the project:
This role is a full time fixed term position to work on the Earlville Sewer Upgrade located in Bungalow Cairns.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Supervisor and our Construction Crews to deliver a complex pipeline for wastewater constructed using both microtunnelling and traditional open cut techniques and a 15m deep Pump Station constructed as a Caisson.
This role reports to the Project Manager, who will both mentor and support you while you learn front line civil construction.
You must:
- Be a recent Graduate and have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a quick learner who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Full manual drivers license
- Be available for an immediate start
- Be ready to work with the whole team to get the job done
- Be focused on Safety, Quality the Environment and Productivity
- Be a flexible team player
- Be reliable and committed
