Our client is  looking for a first year graduate Electrical Engineer for a 3 month contract at Wagerup Alumina Refinery (one of the largest Alumina refineries in the world producing up to 8200 TPD of Alumina)

This role is based at Wagerup, south of Perth. It is imperative you reside in the vicinity

Key Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of Alcoa’s Senior Electrical Engineer, a graduate Electrical Engineer is to prepare the asset register for the site electrical distribution equipment in the correct format for subsequent load into eAM.
• Exposure to all types of electrical installation would occur within an industrial environment and individual would learn about different electrical installations and nature of set up with parameters for operation.  Great way to have cross site exposure to the full range of industrial electrical equipment required to operate a site of this scale and nature.  Role would also be supported by senior  instrument and electrical engineers.  After this role concludes, based on work load, could be potential for further involvement with the brownfields project team on capital projects.
