Australian Essential Services Compliance (AESC) is one of the leading essential safety measures compliance companies in Australia. We are now have a position available for an Essential Safety Measures Auditor /Inspector.
The successful applicant will be responsible for inspecting a wide range of buildings including commercial, industrial, health, educational and residential sites to identify and inspect building fire and safety measures and prepare accurate and detailed reports.
The applicant will require attributes including;
- A professional, positive hands-on approach
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A high level of initiative
- Effective observation and reporting skills
- Sound PC knowledge
- A current Australian drivers licence
Preferences will be given to those who hold;
- Fire protection maintenance or HVAC experience
- Degrees in Building Surveying or relevant trade experience
- Building services knowledge in the form of a building facility manager
- Project management
- Proficient knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and AS1851
- Sound knowledge of Essential Safety Measures
The position may involve some regional and some possible interstate travel.
Salary package negotiable commensurate with experience
