Operating as a dynamic and innovative FMCG manufacturer and marketer of a consumer based products, our client is experiencing rapid growth in its operations and is now seeking to appoint a Junior Maintenance Scheduler with for its main manufacturing plant.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, key duties include the following:
- Generate & maintain weekly schedules using CMMS systems.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to work order sequences to ensure maintenance work is set to a realistic time period.
- Develop schedules for execution of planned & unplanned maintenance.
- Integrate PM Work Orders to ensure work is scheduled & completed withiin designated time frames.
- Effectively liaise with maintenance & production to identify & troubleshoot all relevant issues.
The successful candidate will be:
- Diploma or tertiary qualified in Engineering.
- Experience in the planning & scheduling of maintenance and engineering activities within a processing plant environment.
- Experience with CMMS (computer maintenance management systems) and a modern maintenance environment is essential.
- Excellent MS Word, Excel Skills.
- Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
