We're looking for a Project Manager with strong joinery and customer service skills who is looking to join an organisation that puts the team and customer first.
This role will see you manage and coordinate the receiving and installation of joinery into multi residential sites. You will also understand the implications of site logistics, access and lift access, while managing customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities: -
- On site check measures
- Managing on site induction with subcontractors
- Manage all onsite works to be completed by subcontractors
- Ensure our subcontractors are adhering to safe workplace practice
- Attend meetings including tool box talks, walk throughs and safety presentations held by the customer
- Risk management and risk mitigation
- Managing On-Site stakeholders
- DIFOT (Deliver in Full on Time)
- Manage over-spends and resourcing to deliver the project
About you: -

Skills required: -
- Experience as a construction site project manager on multi residential work sites
- Strong joinery and associated product & materials knowledge
- Technical design ability for domestic joinery
- Competent with Cabinet Vision design software or equivalent
- Competent with 20:20 Design and Planner design tools
- Ability to read architectural plans and detailed joinery shop drawings
- White card accredited
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong communication skills
- Forward and lateral thinker
