As a growing company, we have several on-going building projects in the Sydney metropolitan area. We are looking for an estimator to join the existing team to strengthen and consolidate our market position.
This role will be suitable for someone who has several years (3+) of building estimation experience for commercial and/or residential projects. Compatible overseas or interstate candidates will be considered.
About the role:
- Review and evaluate cost estimates
- Prepare estimates, Scope of Works and Purchase Orders
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of Estimates
- Manage Pricing
- Prepare Cost Analysis
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of Construction estimating in Australia
- Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
- Ability to use computer applications (Excel/MS Project)
- Strong understanding of residential / commercial construction processes
- Fluency in English
You will have independence to carry out the work and will get support in your efforts with a good bunch of peers.
