Starting out as a small family-owned business operating out of South Australia, Petrol Services Australia (PSA) has grown to be one of the largest privately-owned service providers in Australia.

Servicing all the major oil companies in all states and territories throughout Australia; our family has grown significantly over the last few years.

PSA is a facilities management company with our business specialty being around the installation and maintenance of retail and depot fuel storage and dispensing systems including new builds as well as upgrades to current sites for some of Australia’s largest fuel retailers.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a new member to our family to help us expand and provide total satisfaction to our customers.

 

Who you will be working with -

Based at our office in Campbellfield, Victoria and reporting directly to our National Installation Manager you will be working with our Victorian Team and supporting our efforts Nationally.

What you will be doing -

Our business has seen extraordinary growth over the last few years and we are looking for an individual dedicated to coordinating various project work around the installation and maintenance of Retail and Depot fuel storage and dispensing systems of our customers. 

Your role will include;

  • Coordination of the updating of service agreements.
  • Coordinating and reporting on projects and service portfolios.
  • Liaising with customers to ensure the end-to-end delivery of our services, follow-up on recommended works and raise invoices.
  • Procuring materials and parts to ensure on time service delivery.
  • Plan and schedule labour to ensure the most effective delivery of our services.
  • Responding to general product and installation specific inquiries.
  • Maintain current project files an update with most current information / documentation.
  • Carry out site inspections as required.
  • Generate work orders and purchase orders as part of the plan of action.
  • Understanding Australian Standards, applicable Legislation as well as Customer Standards to implement changes as needed into the business.
  • You will be working with computer systems as well as following and building logical structures for digital documentation.

Minimum requirements for the role -

  • Solid time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload and within a small team environment with a low need for direct supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven success with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with great communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating projects from start to finish.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to self-manage and take ownership of solutions.
  • A high level of administrative and organisational skill incorporating a high level of computer literacy.
  • Experience in creating and implementing documentation and processes in a diverse workforce.
  • Ability to manage relations with staff members from junior workers to senior managers.

Our ideal candidate would also possess -

  • Experience working with Australian Standards or other technical documentation or regulations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or Project Management.
  • Comfort in learning and using various computer systems, i.e. working with Excel formulas and functions.
  • A great client satisfaction track record.
