Our Client is an established mid tier builder who have been around for over 25 years. Working across commercial and industrial projects up to $30m.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role will see you based on the North shore where you will be given the opportunity to manage a solid team with a very supportive management team.

To be eligible for this role you will need the following;

• Somewhere in the region of 5+ plus years in a Site management position for a principle contractor
• Experience with Structural Steel
• Strong exposure to Commercial/ Industrial projects over $10m
• Construction related tertiary qualification
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills
• The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the project
• A desire to take on a long-term role where you will grow with the business
