Our client is an industry leading, privately owned construction services provider based in the inner Northern Suburbs.

• We seek an exceptional Project Manager to join the Construction Division.
• Reporting to the Director, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with Site Supervisors on Construction project sites ensuring high quality project delivery including QA and contract administration requirements, to estimate projects, price variations and engage in business development to win more work.
Key responsibilities include:
• Proven experience in Contract management and Contract administration
• Working closely with the Project Team in order to ensure compliance with Client and the Contractor's processes
• Ensure project is meeting program and correctly resourced
• Preparation, completion and submission of ITP's, project plans, document control and QA documentation
• Effective communication and building positive relationships with clients, project team and management
• Cost management including preparation of progress claims, variations and procurement
• Compliance with contract terms and conditions for project
• Problem solving and innovation as an individual and as part of a team
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work away when required
• Undertake appropriate investigations, inspections, engineering analysis
• A team player with demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills
• High level drive and ability to manage time and tasks for multiple projects
• Proficient abilities in Microsoft Office is essential, including MS Project
