Your new company
We are working alongside a Multi-Residential Construction industry leader. Relatively new to the industry, an opportunity exists to help shape the culture of the company going forward. They are committed to creating the best outcomes for their clients, staff and subcontractors, and are constantly challenging the way they do business. Due to a strong pipeline of new projects within metropolitan Melbourne, a position now exists for an end-to-end site manager to work on a $40M apartment project in Melbourne’s East

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met
• Coordinating trades on site
• Working alongside your Project Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years local experience within Melbourne
• Prior experience in a Site Manager role
• Experience delivering projects upwards of $20M
• Qualifications in building
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Commitment to your employer
