Registration is not required but solid exposure to all phases of development such as Construction, Engineering and Land development is.
As a senior member of the team, you direct, mentor and provide technical expertise to junior surveyors under your supervision. Oversee their fieldwork and reporting. Autonomously run all aspects of projects, from creation to final outputs. Fully utilise knowledge of applicable Codes to complete survey works on landmark projects that includes construction, engineering and cadastral projects.
The team is already performing to a high standard, but as the exciting pipeline of committed works continues to build, there is a need to streamline services and move the quality of work to the next level.
As Senior Surveyor, you play integral role in the quality control of the survey team, while supporting the achievement of business plans and targets.
You will be tight with the Directors, liaise with clients, Architects, local and state government departments, and other industry professionals to complete projects within constraints.
