The company:

Quality driven Residential Home Builder that produce Townhouse/Unit Developments, Custom Homes. They are looking for someone to join their team and then get exposure across the other avenues of their business. Looking for a passionate individual with genuine ability to progress their career.


The Role:

As a Senior Production Estimator based in their North/Western Suburbs head office, you will be required to complete full take-offs, quotes for projects and BOQ's. You will set prices based on supplier rates and schedules, calculate quantities and liaise with the Architects, Site Supervisors and the customers.
  

You will have:

• 3-5+ years of Production Estimating;
• Be highly organised, efficient, have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to meet strict deadlines;
• Demonstrated capabilities to complete full take-off's and BOQ's;
• Experience in Databuild software package will be an advantage;

The salary  on offer is in the region of $75,000 to $90,000 + Super.
