The Company
This company has been operating for 12 years and has laid strong foundations since its inception. They provide expertise in construction, fitout and refurbishment, but are always thinking outside the box making it an exciting place.
The office is located in a prime spot, near to a central Sydney station and close to a number of bars and restaurants. This has led to a great social element at work which can be a lot of fun for the Friday socialite.
The projects range from $1-4 million and covers office fitout/refurb, education, and healthcare amongst others. They have a work hard and play hard culture that is driven by an enthusiastic workforce.

The Right Person
The role requires a good knowledge about the construction industry, but it also involves dealing with clients, contractors and internal staff. The company is therefore looking for someone who isn't just qualified but also able to fit into a team and be a fantastic asset in front of the existing clients.
- BSc Construction Management or Equivalent
- Great ability with numbers
- 2-4 years experience in Australia
- Experience with projects over $2 million
- Training in a QS firm and experience working with a building contractor: specific experience within fit-out and refurbishment highly advantageous
- Enthusiastic and Driven individual
- Well-presented and articulate
- Ability to resolve and handle conflict
- Flexibility, adaptability and being able to problem solve
