Senior Appointment - Construction Manager required for an National T3 based Builder - $220k Plus package
Building Futures, yet again retained by a top builder to identify and source their key personnel. Specialising in Health Care, Education, Aged Care and Units, this builder has an exceptional reputation for delivery, staff retention and generally being decent human beings. Looking for an experienced CM who can take over a $60m plus turn over operation and manage the project delivery of 3 to 4 $10m - $30m projects at anyone time. Communication, Leadership and a solid background in D&C is a must.
They want someone who motivates and encourages their colleagues, someone who the subbies respect and work hard for. Someone who believes that Construction is a service industry and does their utmost to deliver a project that the client gets what they have paid for.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Building Construction / Project Management preferable
- Proven experience in a similar role and a proven success in delivering a wide range of commercial building projects from $1m - $10m
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate fellow staff such as Contract Administrators and Site Managers
- Passionate about construction
- Sound technical and contractual knowledge
