An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Contract Administrator who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders. We have been awarded multiple large developments and the need for a top-class operator is immediate on a $300M commercial project.

We are also looking at some of the most exciting and high-profile projects to deliver over the next 5-10 years, with Sydney’s best professionals encouraged to join us.
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, reporting on, and advising on of all commercial aspects of a large-scale project; and ensuring effective and consistent administration of all project contractual relationships.
  
This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project specific procedures.
  
The ideal candidate will:
  • Possess a relevant building degree
  • Have extensive experience managing head and sub contracts on large-scale commercial projects preferably in CBD locations
  • Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
  • Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
