ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is a family owned Civil Contractor based in North West Sydney that has experienced accelerated growth in the last twelve months. They specialise in delivering RMS roadworks and earthwork projects valued over $10m throughout Sydney. With new projects secured, they are now looking for an experienced Foreman to join their well established team.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
 
The successful candidate will be running projects throughout Sydney with values ranging up to $10m - $15m as a Foreman. Duties will include managing subcontractors, handling the QA and OHS on site but most importantly ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.  

DUTIES.

• Quality control
• OH&S
• Pre-starts/toolbox talk
• Material ordering and subcontractor management
• Liaising with Clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
 
The successful candidate will ideally have: 

• Proven experience with small to medium scale jobs with a particular focus on earthworks and roadwork projects
• Exceptional communication abilities both verbally and written
• Strong abilities in driving the team to ensure the on-time delivery of projects
