Redpath Partners are currently working with a leading Developer specialise in residential and senior living developments.

They are looking to recruit for a Contracts Administrator to work closely with their outstanding team of Development Managers and Project Managers, with talent from big brand backgrounds. This role is a great opportunity for those looking to progress into a management role as the company is currently experiencing growth. 

Contract Administrator Responsibilities: 

• Work closely and collaboratively with the Development Manager, Project Managers and other members of the team.
• Assist with the administration surrounding development application and approvals
• Coordinate tender queries/clarifications and facilitate tender interview/negotiations
• Preparation and administration of contracts
• Identify risk and opportunity throughout the projects
• Cost reporting
• Manage budgets and forecasts 

Candidate requirements:

• Have experience in a similar role - working for a Developer, Head Contractor or a Consultancy firm
• Have degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills
• Excellent communication
