SKILLED SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED | Brisbane Central Region 

With over 30 years of construction experience my client has a large footprint in the residential project homes market.

Looking after residential builds at one time you will ideally have the following:

• Min. 3 years experience in a Site Supervisor Role for Brisbane Region 
• Experienced running minimum 5- 10 project homes (single and double storey volume - standard and custom design)
• Trade qualification or strong hands on experience (5 + years)
• A genuine passion for excellent customer service and guidance throughout the process of their build.
• Attention to delivering good quality homes on time
• Thorough understanding of on-site OH&S requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills

Job Role:

• Liaise with the Construction Manager on design related issues - pre-construction, that may prove problematic to the regular scheduling of site activities
• Supervision of onsite construction call forwards on scheduling trades and supplies to site from initial site cut to handover
• Oversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period satisfaction of all clients
• Dealing with sub-contractors, suppliers and internal/external customers will be part of your daily tasks as well as following through with relevant documentation.
• Scheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractors

You will be involved with all aspects of the supervision of the projects, delivering all new homes to the highest standard standards, ensuring the continuous management of safe working practices.
