This dynamic Tier 3 Commercial builder is a family enterprise embracing diverse projects concentrating on aged care, education, institutional and commercial works up to $40mil. Due to significant growth over the past few years, a position now exists for a Site Manager to join this progressive company. Reporting to a highly experienced team of Project Managers and Directors, this company is wanting to recruit a motivated and self-driven individual who can contribute to the business effectively. This is a builder that knows how to treat their Site Managers well, and the proof is resembled by the fact that they have many long-standing Site Managers in the company. The ideal candidate must have health, aged care or multi-level build experience in a Site Manager role and have a track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish in the vicinity of $20-$50mil.
