The Company
Our client is a privately held Client Side Project Management Consultancy who operate on a National basis and have their head office in Melbourne. This group are currently seeking a proven leader to join their business as Project Director and manage a team of Project Managers to deliver projects across multiple sectors - commercial, residential, retail, aged care, leisure, education. 
  
The Role
This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for:

• Leading multiple projects as Project Director
• Managing a team of Project Managers to deliver multiple projects
• Mentoring project professionals
• Client engagement and developing client relationships
• Planning of resources internally
• Business development

About You
You will be an energetic and driven Senior Project Manager/Project Director with a successful track record in the delivery of built form construction projects on the Eastern Seaboard. It is anticipated you will have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Project Manager for a Consultancy, Client Side Organisation, Developer or Builder.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Preference will be given to candidates with consulting experience.
