This Residential organisation have been operating for over 35 years and are a nationally recognised and are one of the most reputed builders. They are known for providing a complete service to their customers and handing over a high quality finished home. They now have a focus towards townhouse developments which are medium density projects.

Site Supervisor

This role will be working on a medium density developments in the South West. You will be reporting in to the Construction Manager. Your duties will include:

• Maintain a safe workplace by ensuring all OH&S procedures and processes are implemented.
• Deliver regular toolbox talks.
• Minimise site extras and reduce waste.
• Ensure all construction is completed within the schedule of the program.
• Plan and schedule for adequate labour.
• Ensure all homes meet company standard and zero defects on handover.
• Approve and sign of variations and ensure according PO’s are issued.
• Prepare overview reports to be submitted to the Building Manager.
• Maintain strong relationships with Subcontractors.
• Provide high quality customer service.

What we are looking for?

To be considered for this role you MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Management or Site Supervisors role for a high volume or medium density home builder in Australia. You will be trade qualified or have a tertiary qualification in construction management or project management as a minimum. You will also have the following skillset / qualities:

• Natural leader.
• Team orientated.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and handle numerous high priority tasks.
• Strong building knowledge and OH&S knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
