Townhouse estimator required for growing business in CBD location!
Your new company
Your new company is based in a convenient CBD location, and are taking the market by storm in the medium density / multi residential space with an anticipated 600 builds already locked away for the next few years
Your new role
You will be required to come up with a bill of quantities for multi-unit / townhouse projects, keep the variations book up to date by continual liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate cost planning. Procurement and scheduling is required as jobs are progressed on site. As projects pipeline continues to grow opportunity will develop to increase your skills and exposure into more senior level opportunities within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will ideally have minimum of 2 years residential estimating experience, excellent construction knowledge and be a team player. It would be ideal but not essential for you to have experience estimating for multi residential projects, but volume housing experience will be considered.
