Who is the Builder?           

I can't tell you straight off the bat but you can be reassured that they are known as one of the best builders in Australia? Why is that I hear you ask - well they regularly win Australian and International awards in both their commercial and residential teams, they are synonymous with quality (minimal defects on site) and they have a high staff retention ensuring that they have consistent teams delivering projects by working together

With the ability to deliver projects from $100million to a $1 billion, an internal architectural team and development arm they supply their site teams with all the necessary tools to deliver a quality project on time and on budget making your life as a foreman as stress free as possible

What do you expect me to do?

I don’t need to tell you what a good foreman does on site, if you are looking at this role then you will hopefully know your stuff. In brief it’s for a 28 and 36 storey high rise project in St Leonards which has around a further 18 months to go. At present the towers are just getting out of the ground so if you are strong with sequencing and finishes this is the project for you

Working with 7 other foreman, 8 leading hands, 2 senior project engineers and 2 project managers this a well-resourced project which only uses the best subbies which will minimise any work headaches that arise

Sounds good – what are the perks?

Great – so you have residential unit experience and you want to know more. Salary range is $160-$180k package, they have a KPI based 5% bonus for foreman, rostered Saturdays and a genuine flexible working hours scheme.

After this project they have future projects in the inner suburbs, Sydney West and North West and also commercial projects if you want to turn your hand to something else.

If you are career driven then the path to site manager has been well trodden by other foreman in the business and as another example of how they look after their guys they have 4 weeks fully paid paternity pay and 20 weeks pay for the primary carer
