We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with a willingness to take on the challenges of subdivision work across several locations on the Sunshine Coast.
Well-rounded individuals that can add a significant contribution to the advancement of these works - while displaying the required standards set by leadership team on the ground - are highly sought after. The ability to demonstrate accuracy and production is also required.
In return, you will receive an opportunity to work on exciting key projects close to home.
Other duties include:
- The ability to work in conjunction with site Leading Hand/Foreman, and assist decision making in with other Senior Management;
- Identify obstructions and influences disruptive to project advancement, and act accordingly within project guidelines and company policy and procedure;
- Ability to interpret plans;
- Ability to maintain and carry-out basic service of assigned machinery;
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety Quality and Environmental procedures.
Skills/qualifications:
- 5-7 years' experience in a subdivision environment;
- RII tickets for Plant Machinery required to operate;
- GPS exposure (desired);
- White Card.
