• Complete commercial accountability for the whole project
• Hawkesbury region based project

We are working with a National Civil Contractor based here in Sydney that has a requirement for a Contracts Administrator that has previously been involved in delivering RMS upgrades. Due to more successful tenders, they need a Contract Administrator to be based across two projects with the first in the Hawkesbury region.

As Contracts Administrator joining their project team in the Hawkesbury region you will be delivering an incredible piece of highway infrastructure. This is a standalone role that requires a focused individual that can manage all commercial activities upstream & downstream and keep on top of their own commercial workload. 

Key responsibilities for the Successful Contract Administrator 

• Subcontract Management 
• Oversee and progress all monthly invoices, claims for all set works
• Preparation and tracking of costs for review
• forecasting
• Coordinate preparation of works contracts
• Overall project commercial accountability

 Skills and Experience 

• Hold a Tertiary degree in either Construction or Civil Engineering 
• Experience on road infrastructure
• Procurement
• Letting of contracts
• Total project Commercial Management
• Contracts Management
• Have at least 6 years' experience in a Contract Administrator/ S.CA role
