Our growth targets are stretching yet achievable and we need a strong Installation Coordinator to support the projects teams and ensure our jobs are scheduled effectively to meet our clients' timelines every time.

This role is a pivotal role between clients, Project Managers and sub-contracted installation teams, ensuring accurate, thorough and complete information for a client's project is provided for the installers to deliver on time in full. 

You're keen to capitalise on your experience and / or qualifications in Building / Construction, are confident in your ability to organise works, raise purchase orders and invoices and are looking for a learning position from which you can build a career through to installation management (projects).

You are capable of juggling multiple tasks and projects, are a brilliant communicator who can adapt their style to suit the different customer groups (internal & external) and you're highly numerate with demonstrable commercial acumen.

Key Tasks:

• Liaise between key stakeholder groups
• Running Smartsheet schedule and can adapt the schedule to match the changing business needs
• Deal with conflicting pressures with respect to timelines
• Main point of contact for builders and subcontracted installation teams
• Update related job files with the changing information from the client / installer
