The Company

A leading Civil Construction Company in Melbourne with a great reputation and consistent repeat business.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will need to command respect from staff and demonstrate leadership skills from previous foreman roles you have undertaken in Melbourne.
You will be exceptionally organised and have the ability to motivate your team with your excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects in Melbourne on time and managing direct plant and labor on site.

You will also be expected to:

Schedule and plan work
Quality assurance
Conduct onsite toolbox talks
Liaise with the client
Report concisely to a Project Manager

The Requirements:

5 years experience in civil experience
Highly motivated
Can work to a deadline
