The Role & Company

Working as a Contracts Administrator, you will be reporting to a Project Manager and, indirectly, to a Director. Responsible for administering all financials on new build, refurbishment and fitout projects to $10M, you will gain exposure to hone your skills working from site and Head Office. Your duties will include trade comparisons, contract letting RFI Management, variation & progress claim assessment & management and the closing out of Final Accounts. You will be offered the chance to understand and put into practice monthly cost reports and project programming whilst being given the opportunity to work with, and learn off, the most Senior Project Manager in the business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will have a minimum of 12 months experience working as a Contracts Administrator for a Builder in NSW
  • You will ideally have a degree in Construction Management or similar
  • You will have a strong eye for detail, a good work ethic and an honest attitude
  • You will be keen to listen and learn and want to progress your career
  • Experience working on mainstream commercial building projects as a CA will be highly advantageous
