One of Victoria's leading multi-disciplinary 2nd tier commercial builders has just secured an $16M apartment development in Melbourne's inner North and require an experienced, high performing site manager to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget.  
 
The project is a six storey, double basement project with 50+ apartments and ground floor retail space.

To be considered for this position you will need a stable employment history with extensive site management experience.  You will be a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage the day to day running of a medium scale commercial project.  A prior history on apartment developments will be seen as a massive positive.

As a highly effective organiser you will be able to monitor on site sub-contractors effectively while ensuring all OH & S standards are rigorously followed.  

In return you will be given unwavering support from senior management and will be given complete autonomy over site based operations.  A salary package of $150,000 to $190,000 will be on offer for the right candidate with a company that prides itself on a positive working environment.
