LEADING HANDS
CT Labour Hire Pty Ltd specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.
WE are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic TEAM LEADER / LEADING HAND to work in a team environment, carry the installation of road safety barrier systems at various locations as directed, ensuring that the systems are compliant to the applicable standards of both workmanship and statutory requirements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will require a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry or similar experience, and 2 years’ experience at this level.
A guard rail installer crew member works in a team environment and is required to demonstrate the following skills:
- Understands and apply quality control techniques.
- Ability to assess and manage risk
- Exercises good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exercise measuring and calculation skills.
- Performs work peripheral to the employee’s main function and facilitates the completion of the whole task.
- Is able to inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards.
- Assists in the provision of on-the-job training.
- Understands and applies quality control techniques
- Exercises good interpersonal communication skills.
- Exercises discretion.
- Ability to direct, organise and lead a team of 2-3 team members.
You must also hold:
- Valid medium rigid drivers licence.
- First aid certificate.
- White/Blue Card
