Your new company
Our client is a leading National Builder, who deliver a diverse range of high quality projects. Due to their unparalleled industry reputation, they’re experiencing a period of sustained, yet considered growth.

Due to this continued success they are seeking an experienced Site Manger to join the team. First project confirmed as $16M Apartments in Doncaster, to commence immediately if skilled in demolition, or in ~2 months if not.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met
• Coordinating trades on site
• Working alongside your Project Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years local experience within Melbourne
• Prior experience in a Site Manager role
• Experience delivering projects upwards of $10M
• Qualifications in building
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Commitment to your employer
