Are you a Project Manager with experience on civil/infrastructure projects capable of managing multiple projects at different stages across Melbourne? If so our client is considered a leader in their field and due to continuing growth they are looking to appoint a Project Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:

• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Project management on a variety of project sizes, values and complexity- with a true ability to gain respect and influence.
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in civil construction 

To be considered for the role of Project Manager you will require:

• Degree qualification in relevant field
• Proven civil project management experience for a civil contractor in Australia ideally ranging from $1m-$50m
• Ability to articulate understanding of commercial implications on civil projects
• Interpersonal and leadership skills showing ability to take more senior role over time; and help develop and mentor new and less experienced project engineers and graduate engineers.
