Working within and throughout Western Sydney, this established New Home Builder is looking for someone with a wealth of local knowledge and experience to help grow their name and reputation even further within the industry. You will be tasked with up to 25 sites and be responsible for the completion from slab down to handover. With the Home Builder still in it’s relevant infancy it is an excellent time to join the team.
About the role of Site Supervisor:
- Induction and site familiarity with new employees and subcontractors
- Manage on-site subcontractors across multiple sites
- Maintaining OH+S requirement and ensure adhered to on site
- Ensure that quality homes are built within budget and agreed time-frames
Responsibilities & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience for a project home builder in Sydney
- Working knowledge of the Residential Building Industry
- Good network with trades and suppliers
- Ability to mentor and lead a team
