Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join one of Australia's renowned Fit out and Refurbishment specialist within their Sydney team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality multiple projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of the Project Team and effectively manage sub-contractors
• Report and liaise on Project progression
• Deliver Projects in accordance with building specifications and standards
• Planning and assignment of resources to deliver works within budget and delivery schedule
• Manage Tenders, lettings of contracts and contractual obligations
• Implement and monitor WHS and Environmental responsibilities
• Implement a Construction Program of works ensuring it is regularly updated against changes
• Demonstrate leadership in risk management and compliance

Role Requirements:

• Building related Tertiary Qualifications and or Trade background
• Minimum 5 - 8yrs previous experience in a similar role local to Australia
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Able to read and interpret drawings
• Excellent WHS knowledge and ability to apply it
• Proven Project Management experience within the construction industry
