Lendlease are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to work within the Queensland region to support a number of our major infrastructure projects. With significant growth in areas of rail, civil, road, dam and defence projects this role is an integral part of delivery these projects on time and to budget.
As a Commercial Manager within Lendlease you will manage the commercial contribution during tender and during the delivery phase take ownership of all commercial and contractual aspects of the project. This will include developing the project procurement strategy and leading negotiation of contractual terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders. Post-contract you would establish project budgets, cost control measures, manage cash flow, forecasting and commercial reporting to ensure we maximise our commercial opportunity whilst minimising risk.
Naturally you will have significant experience in commercial and contract management roles within the engineering and construction industry on infrastructure projects of $100M+ value. You will have a strong understanding of commercial and financial risks and opportunities within the civil engineering environment and will be comfortable leading and managing commercial and administration teams. You will be able to develop strong internal and external relationships and be an effective negotiator.
