Your new company
Hays Construction are recruiting an experienced intermediate level Contract Administrator for a sub-contractor who have continuously been winning a pipeline of work. Our client are based in the Hills District and have a fantastic management team and an ambitious growth strategy this company is one to watch as it continues to grow.
Your new role
- Responsible for supporting an experienced Senior Contract Administrator.
- Excellent at hitting commercial and budgetary targets.
- In charge of managing both head contract and subcontract.
- Able to produce accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Proactive with coordinating and managing the subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 1 years’ experience within the role
- Have solid technical knowledge of the construction process
- Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
