What's on offer?
The Urbanedge & Eight Homes Sales Estimating team is looking to employ a positive and self-motivated Sales Estimator to work at our Head Office based in Sunshine.
In this role your responsibilities would include:
- Providing accurate sales estimates for tenders for both single and double storey homes
- Providing quotations and pricing support for the sales team
- Producing fixed price quotations
- Checking documentation to ensure compliance with council and building regulations and requirements
- Applying pricing appropriately to variations
- Providing variation wording to documentation
Who are we looking for?
The right candidate will have;
- Minimum 12 months experience working in volume building as either a Sales or Production Estimator or completed a carpentry apprenticeship and/or diploma of building and construction
- Demonstrated ability to work in a customer focused working environment
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and deal with a variety of activity
- Exhibit working knowledge of the building and construction industry
- Intermediate Microsoft computer skills
- Experience with Databuild, Framework and Click Homes is an advantage
