Fortunato Group is a long standing and well known civil construction provider in the residential industrial commercial and infrastructure sectors. We have delivered our clients the expertise, equipment, resources and technology required to complete even the toughest construction projects.

We are seeking a two dedicated supervisors to join the Fortunato Group team. The supervisors will report to the Project Manager. The supervisor will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction and sub-division projects by ensuring labour, subcontractors, equipment and material are effectively managed.

Supervisors Duties will include:

• Forecasting and programming site works
• Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials -Efficient and economic use of resources
• Effective leadership of the construction team and site resources
• Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
• Pre-Starts, toolbox meeting site inductions and checking tickets
• Mitigating and reporting incidents -Audits and reporting
• Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs

To be successful in this role, the supervisor will have:

• 3 years plus of Civil Construction experience
• Experienced in Subdivision work -Experienced in working with authorities, such as local council
• Excellent client relationship management
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors
• Excellent people management skills this is a unique opportunity to join and contribute to an expanding contractor, with an increasing work book and plenty of exciting projects on the horizon.

Salary is negotiable with experience.
