Now Careers are currently partnering with a well-known fit out and refurbishment contractor who are seeking experienced Site Managers to work on Fit Out and Refurbishments across the commercial, industrial, retail, and health sectors throughout South East QLD, valued up to $20m. Our Client is a business who have a focus on culture, training and development of their staff and is an employer of choice.

The Role

Due to continued growth and picking up a number of projects, our client is looking for suitably qualified Site Managers holding a QBCC Site Supervisors Licence to work on New Build, Fit Out and Refurbishment Projects up to $20m. Projects are across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors and you will be supported by strong project teams. Your duties will include:

• Site Management
• Subcontractor Liasion
• Short-term Programming
• Safety
• Client Liaison
• Quality Assurance
• Completing a project on time and on budget.

Key Requirements

• You will come with either a Trade Qualification background or you will have completed related tertiary studies.
• Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5+ years experience managing High end Commercial Fit Out projects.
• A QBCC Site Supervisors Licence or Builders Licence.
• You will have demonstrated experience in delivering projects multi-million dollar projects.
• Solid knowledge and demonstrated experience in project programming.
• Solid network and relationships with sub contractors in the Brisbane CBD.
