This job is to organise small jobs and do a bit of work on the tools - nothing strenuous. You will be provided a van, all tools, phone and uniforms.

The Role
They are now looking for a Small Projects Co-ordinator to organise and assist with minor works across a range of projects.
Duties will include
- Site visits to assess project requirements - it could be small projects, defect management or general handyman work.
- Allocation of paperwork to appropriate people - Project Managers, Estimators etc..
- Organising trades for project delivery
- Materials co-ordination
- Client liaison
- Some "hands on" trade work - nothing heavy
- Reporting at conclusion of project
There is a team in place that will support you at all levels in the early stages to learn all systems and processes. You will have access to all required trades through the company's extensive database.
