Due to a recent spike in workload this well established, stable and respected 2nd Tier contractor is looking for an estimator/cost planner to join its estimating department.  Over recent years this company has taken real strives forward and are now market leaders in the 2nd tier commercial, educational, apartment and industrial sectors. 

They are heavily involved in hard money tendering, D & C tenders and negotiated contracts.  They are looking for an intermediate candidate who is technically strong capable of accurately measuring every trade and creating a top class BOQ. 
  
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
• Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
• Ability to think on your feet
• Quality take offs
• Ability to tender on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships
• Ability to read and interpret building plans/engineering drawings

 
The successful applicant will receive a leading salary starting at $80,000 up to $130,000 dependent on experience from a forward thinking company who values all of its employees, from senior management right down.
