The Role

This full-time Sales Estimator role is responsible for maintaining quality of work, high levels of accuracy and meeting the required turnaround times for all work produced. 

• Completing all estimating requirements and documentation within budgeted timelines
• Providing accurate sales estimates for tenders for both single and double storey homes
• Liaising with a number of internal stakeholders including Sales, Designers and Purchasing teams.

You must have 

• Estimating experience in a volume builder
• Good understanding of building
• The ability to work in a corporate environment
• The desire to advance your caree
