About the company
Established twelve years ago, our client has become a leader in the property and facility asset industry. They service all private and government organisations Australia wide. With projects increasing, they are now seeking Asset Auditors.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to keep track of all building assets on site i.e. village accommodation, sporting facilities and recreational centres. You will need to gather data in an accurate manner. This is a four week assignment commencing ASAP and working at two locations in the far north of WA. From Perth, all travel and expenses including food and accommodation will be covered. Please note there will be two weeks off between each job.
The Person
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have exposure to either building inspection, building auditing, site inspections in the facility asset/building industry.
To be successful, you will have the following:
- Be computer literate with Excel and Tablet devices (experience storing and sharing files on cloud based systems)
- Have an exposure to assessment of buildings - residential or commercial
- Have excellent communication and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
